13 steps to more mental strength

When it comes to productivity, mental strength and effective communication with others, we often focus on the things we do, or should do, or must try to do more of, or more effectively. This article takes the opposite approach and lists 13 things to avoid if you want to enhance your mental capacity.

They range from being scared of change and not taking risks, to giving up after failure. (As permaculturists know, all so-called “failures” are opportunities for learning.) By saying “no” to certain things we can get much more positive results and feel that we are making good progress.
